Participate in the collection in progress at Complexe Kia dealership in Montreal near Laval and Saint-Eustache.

Collection is underway to donate items to the community of Pointe-aux-Trembles / Montreal East.

Complexe Kia Montreal would like to inform you that a collection is underway to hand over items (toys, food, clothing, etc.) to the community of Pointe-aux-Trembles / Montreal East. we hope this initiative is a success like the ones before. for those who remember, we have in the past, made a peanut butter day!

This activity has been appreciated in addition to being very useful to children, and we would like to once again give a large amount of pots to the children. the collection will be a success only with the invaluable cooperation of a large number of people, starting with our employees, who have always been dedicated to this cause.

During the month of December, we will carry, in our literate super van, the goods generously brought to the concession, in families in need, who do not all have the opportunity to transport the goods they are offered. thank you for your precious collaboration!

Store-Sharing: more than a grocery store Indisputably housing the impoverished population of the Island of Montreal, regardless of its source of income, its social, cultural or religious status, a store-sharing gives participants the power to choose their own commodities, allowing them to break their isolation, to shop like everyone else and to participate dynamically. In order to allow more residents to benefit from the service offered, a voluntary contribution of 10% of the actual cost of the grocery store is requested from the participants.

A store-sharing is more than a grocery store. It is a gateway to a local self-help network where the people and institutions involved are involved. Not one of the projects is set up without the support of the community, without the contribution of external expertise, without the interest and the need of the population. Held by a dialogue of organizations and various partners, it becomes possible to direct households in need to the appropriate resources (collective kitchens, purchasing groups, literacy, housing, drug addiction, etc.).

RELIEVE HUNGER, NOURISH HOPE

Relieve hunger, as participants are invited to choose food according to their tastes and needs. Feeding hope, because Store-Sharing allows participants to enter a mutual aid network where, through alternative supports, it becomes possible to mitigate the effects of poverty by giving them tools to improve their quality of life. life (eg employment club, collective kitchen, parental help) thus opening a gateway to a local mutual aid network.
